Justin has set the corporate vision and mission for The LaSource Group which is focused on driving business growth through the expansion of comprehensive sample management solutions, the development of strategic partnerships, and the growth of business operations within new geographies. Justin has an extensive background in business process improvement with an emphasis on strategic marketing. He is responsible for creating, planning, implementing, and integrating the strategic direction of the company. He oversees the hands-on development of corporate marketing strategy, brand presence, and the evaluation of new service solutions, partnerships, and alliances. Under his leadership, The LaSource Group has evolved as a leading provider of cost reduction services and revenue recovery. Justin sits on the YMS and creditors’ rights executive council at the Commercial Law League of America. He maintains actively involved in several community service organizations and is a proud sponsor of the Wounded Warriors Program and D.E.L.T.A. Rescue. Justin earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Allegheny College and a master’s degree in marketing from Cornell University.

With over 30 years of marketing and sales experience, Mike is known as an expert in risk management and target analytics among his peers and clients. His experience includes 25 years of sales and marketing experience with Dun & Bradstreet Corporation D&B (NYSE: DNB). Mike is credited with authoring several accounts receivable risk management strategies that have generated millions of dollars in additional working capital for many of America’s most admired corporations. Mike is a business graduate of Mercyhurst University and holds a certification in Business-with-Business® negotiating with the highly acclaimed Acclivus R3 Sales School Excellence®.
